Action One Plumbing

This plumbing service is the most dishonest I ever encountered. They used all of tricks imaginable not to tell you how much the service will cost you, buying the most expensive parts possible without giving you the choice by warning and using hours to get the parts and charging for the time. I'll never planning to use them again.

I called Action One for a quote on replacing a water pressure regulator and some associated parts. The plumber arrived and I showed him the situation, which was a slow leak from a pipe located outside by the regulator. He turned off the water and said that these parts needed to be replaced. I asked him for a quote and off the top of his head he said $1600, but he would give us a $100 discount if we did it that day. About an hour later I tried to use a sink and there was no water... that's because he left our water off. I turned it back on. I called another plumber and got a quote for around half of what Action One quoted.
