One of the best exterminators in LA! As a property manager, it's very reassuring to have professionalism, communication, accommodations, hospitality, etc. from a vendor that is needed so frequently! The whole team helps keep my buildings pest/rodent free. All my requests are handled by exceptional techs--recently I've had Aaron, Emmanuel, and Josephina here! They keep me in the loop, treat/service my buildings with detail, and share their valuable advice so openly. Special shout out to Lindsay with from their admin team as well! Ricardo and Aaron are incredible. They went out of their way to make sure the job was well done. Ricardo even spent another several hours making sure the cracks in all of our stairs were fully rodent proofed. Would absolutely recommend these guys!

The technician arrived in the promised time frame. He was really polite and professional, and quick. He addressed any concerns I had and also made sure to explain what he was doing along with tips and other helpful information. I would definitely recommend their services!
