I give this company an A+ across the board! The owner, George, is incredibly honest and trustworthy. We had a persistent gas leak that three previous plumbers couldn't locate despite charging us fees. When George came to our home, he didn't try to sell us false hope. Instead, he was upfront, explaining that gas leaks can be very challenging to pinpoint. He referred us to a company called Pinpoint and even secured an emergency weekend appointment for us. We had a major gas leak and the gas was turned off to our house at 8pm. George was quick to respond the next morning and was at our property by 11am the next morning to get a quote and scope. Him and his team noticed that an underground pipe was also corroding and needed to be replaced. They worked well past business hours and were able to replace the piping same day so that we could have SoCal gas turn the gas back on same day.

We called George because we had an "emergency". He was at our place within a couple of hours and was able to assess the problem from multiple angles and give us some options to fix it. We opted for a short term fix but will call George again to take care of things on a larger scale. He is professional, knowledgeable and really a nice guy. Highly recommend.
