Gave me a number to a competitor because they didn't have the part. Tony in parts was knowledgeable, clear and concise. He listened to my issue and rudimentary troubleshooting and made a recommendation. I don’t know if I will be able to get the part or will need to replace the whole unit but nonetheless based on the customer service, I’m satisfied and have a plan of action. Thank you Tony for world class customer service.
Rented a verbo from Amir was not an A-1 direct client. It was a lovely place with a great stackable washer dryer and everything worked. Thanks Amir for a lovely well equipped handicap ♿ accessible Apartment. Loved the Comfy couch set, and the bed was also surprisingly comfortable as I have comfort difficulty. Loved the shower too!! The only way my stay could have been better is if there was a tub in the apartment, which is not logistically possible. Thanks again!!

A-1 after several other appliance parts stores told they didn’t have a starter relay for my older model deep freezer. Mr. Tony said I can use a universal 3 in 1 starter relay, he explained exactly how to install it and it worked. He saved me from having to buy a new deep freezer and kept hundreds of dollars in food go bad. I will only use and recommend A-1 from now on.
