My charger here was great. The only drawback is that your car is down two levels in the garage and so you won’t be able to check your charge status in the app. It did charge in a timely fashion so they must’ve fixed the problem that was there before the people were complaining about

Today is July 4, 2024. This particular Supercharger location has an issue. It charges slow, at 36 Kw for me, but Tesla and the store are aware of the problem and it will be fixed. Tesla is reorganizing their Supercharger team. Before the problem started it was charging me at about 72 Kw.
