5 ***** Stars This was my first time selling a home. Especially hard selling the only home I knew as a child/teenager/young man. And the only home my parents ever owned. They treasured it. Since the Bell family has always been in the neighborhood - who better to represent it in this unique area. Rick has a commanding knowledge of the market. We had amazing interest and traffic in a very short time based on the marketing and advertising. Even without open houses due to the CV19 virus. Rick was constantly in touch and working behind the scenes. He even connected me with professionals to prepare the property pre-sale. This was one of life's hardest decisions for me. But no doubt Rick Bell did an outstanding job! And in the end our little house and neighborhood is now able to be loved again. By another family. A storybook ending for both seller and buyer.
