Great place to get acupuncture done! Julia is super kind, welcoming, professional, and great at providing acupuncture services. My back pain definitely feels better after attending sessions with her. I will be back and I definitely recommend.

I'm an advocate of traditional Chinese medicine which helped me relieve lots of stress and back pain throughout COVID-19. I discovered Oriental Day Acupuncture through a Groupon deal and tried one acupuncture session there. The clinic is conveniently located in a business plaza at the intersection of El Camino Real and San Antonio Road, but give yourself some time to find the clinic on the second floor. Although it typically takes five acupuncture sessions to observe noticeable change on my body, I expected some immediate effect after my first try, and was disappointed when it didn't happen. The acupuncturist reached out to me after I left a negative review on Groupon. She genuinely wants to resolve the issue and help me heal. I received partial refund as the rest went to Groupon, according to the owner. Out of my support for local acupuncture clinics which struggled through COVID-19, I volunteered to write the first Yelp review for this clinic. While I can't say I'm satisfied with the treatment and the refund process, I decided to leave a 4-star review as an encouragement. Hopefully having a Yelp presence helps Oriental Day to improve its quality of service for patients.
