Very nice and very efficient.. like her work. Best there is no one else there besides her and me. Quiet and private. He fee was reasonable too.. should take credit cards.. cash is too inconvenient... thanks sara

Narsis salon is located in downtown Los Altos in a fairly convenient location. There is always parking nearby ...because...it's Los Altos after all, so the downtown area doesn't get super busy unless there is a festival or event. The salon is small but well decorated and still has an upscale feel. I have been to this salon several times and although I wish they could have spent a bit more time on my hair, I loved the overall energy and "vibe" at this salon. They were super friendly, nice, and overall great to talk to. When I expressed nervousness and hesitation about getting my hair cut, they were 100% understanding and reassured me that everything would be fine. The stylists were very experienced, and I could sense that they had confidence in what they were doing and knew how to interact with different types of clients. I will say that when I have been there, their clients have generally been older, but they are still great with all types of hair and know all of the trends, etc. My hair cut turned out great. I have always had a solid, positive experience at this salon.
