I used the services of Nancy’s Tailor very recently. She did an excellent job of shortening 3 pair of casual women’s slacks at less cost than another cleaner/ alteration place in Mountain View and they were ready the very next day. I will be returning with more items and plan to use her cleaning and laundry services.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but given that someone called Nancy's service a scam, it seems appropriate. I've been coming here for years and Nancy has always done an amazing job, even mending things that I thought were impossible to mend, and doing so with nearly invisible fixes. I'd say she's pricey, but her work is excellent.

I highly recommend Nancy’s Tailor. I went here with 24 sweatshirts that needed patches sewn on. The sweatshirts came out great, it was a very reasonable price, and they were ready the next day.
