“I've been seeing Richard now for over 6 years and am aging backwards. I was always skeptical of estheticians because anything on top of your skin feels like it can only do so much. However he customizes a program to your personal needs and has his own proprietary organic product line which is truly amazing and I'm not a product geek-- but the results are real (i.e. it's not someone else's skin line-- it's his). His microdermabrasion and other treatment techniques work over time to plump up the sub-dermal collagen and make the texture of the skin unbelievably smooth which allows his products to work deeper. “Cristina hands down is the very best esthetician in the entire Bay Area and beyond. I do not have enough words to describe how AMAZING she is. I have seen her for years for my brows and facial. She is a perfectionist and will meticulously make sure that every (even tiny) single hair, color and length on your brows is perfect and that they look like brows that a movie star has. Just this week, someone stopped me to ask if they could look more closely at my brows and asked how I got them that way, that is how much of an artist and magician she is. You will be pampered like you never have been before. Her facials are out of this world. They are customized for you and she is perhaps the most knowledgable person on skin care that you could ever talk to. Having a facial with Cristina is the most relaxing experience that you will ever have. “I had a hydrafacial done at Total Glow by Vy and the results immediately after and the next day was amazing! My appointment started off with a full skin analysis using the Visia machine where it takes photos of your entire face to analyze the top and bottom layers. This machine also tells your true skin age which I was happy to see my skin age is my true age! Even though the images looked concerning, Vy reassured me that they are actually normal to have and was not bad at all so that was a relief to me. During the facial she started off with cleansing my skin which was really nice as I came in for my appointment immediately after work. Then she started using the machine which I have done this specific facial before somewhere else so I remembered how it felt. She covered my face and my neck! She also applied a few products on my face neck and chest which was a nice touch with a soft massage of products into my arms and hands too. It was such a nice treat after a long day of work. I enjoyed my time and I would definitely be coming back! The spa is beautiful as well it had a nice relaxing vibe to it that I appreciated as well!“
