“From 2016 to 2020, it was always Crown Cleaners where I dry cleaned my clothes and husband's clothes too. The owner Karen was knowledgeable and truthful when it came to advice on cleaning (or not cleaning) some of our more elaborate items, specifically our heavy beaded or embroidered suits from Punjab Pakistan and Delhi India, especially salvars, shervanis and lehengas. Our other more conventional office work shirts and pants were always perfectly cleaned, pressed, labeled, and double-labeled on the garment tags. I am confused by some of the negative reviews written on this Yelp page about Crown Cleaners, because all my dry cleaning tickets done year-round for four years from 2016 to 2020 were uniformly excellent. On several occasions, Karen even noticed and repaired missing buttons and liner holes in jackets, without my realizing, requesting or paying for the repairs. I only remember 100% professionalism from this establishment.“
