Dr Kelly moved away from California, but he was gracious to offer help remotely when no doctors could diagnose what is wrong with our pup. We had taken him to emergency and took X-rays only to rule out all issues and sent us home with pain meds.
On the first remote visit, Dr. Kelly immediately diagnosed this as a lower cervical stress, sent us educational resources, helped us decompress the spine on video call and suggested red light therapy. He even followed up on the progress and refused to take fees for his help.
Our pup recovered but we will be forever grateful to him. Wish we had such empathetic doctors in California.

Kind, caring holistic vet! My dog has IVDD and we went to Dr. Thompson for light therapy. I'm not sure if the light therapy works, but my dog's condition is stable and has not gotten worse. FYI - Dr. Thompson has moved to Texas! He is no longer working in the bayarea.
