Jong and Claudia did a great job help us to buy a house, they were patient, not pushing us to go with higher bid, helped us on the disclosures, negotiated multiple times with the sellers...Finally we got a house we love with a reasonable price. We purchased our home in Nov. 2019. Claudia and Jong represented us as buyer's agents. I recently contacted (in July 2021) Jong to renovate the bathroom vanity and a few other items in the house. He still helped promptly and without charging anything for his consultancy after almost two years of purchasing the home. He helped me to get his contractors and got the work done promptly. Jong and Claudia did a great job helping us on a house purchase. They are professional, patient, and very dedicated to their job. Jong is always available for us answering our questions, communicated with the seller agent...we are lucky to meet Jong on a open house and used Jong as our agent.
