Jeff Stricker is an amazing real estate agent, but also just a stellar and genuine person to be around. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding you the right home, and has an incredible eye for detail, not to mention a wealth of experience. It should speak for itself that every time we met a selling agent and mentioned Jeff as our buying agent, they had tons of nice things to say about him, and always assured we were in good hands! Throughout our successful home buying process in a very competitive market on the peninsula, Jeff skillfully guided us without ever being a whiff of pushy, and patiently found us an amazing home at a great value (compared to so many others we had seen in the area after searching for *years*), for which we're so grateful. Can't imagine a better agent than Jeff, we highly recommend him!

We had the pleasure of working with Jeff to sell my childhood home, as my mother was moving to an apartment. We did interview other agents, but after our first meeting with Jeff, we knew he was our go-to guy: knowledgeable, patient, courteous, detail-oriented, friendly, and professional. Highlights of our experience with Jeff: * He was always well-prepared with information about comparable homes for sale and market trends. * He was patient with our many questions, and never rushed our discussions. * He made a thorough and detailed list of recommendations for pre-sale work, including painting, landscaping, re-finishing hardwood floors, replacing hardware, handyman tasks, cleaning, and staging - then handled all of the details to get the work done. * He had a well-established team of vendors that he's worked with previously, trusts, and recommends. * He prepared professional marketing materials with carefully crafted descriptions and photos. * As an attorney, he educated us on all of the legal issues, and made sure we avoided anything that might later be cause for legal action. * He walked us through contracts, proposals, disclosures, and other documents, taking time to address our questions and concerns. * He was extremely responsive via email and phone, and sent frequent updates throughout the prep, sale, and escrow processes. * He orchestrated the entire process, always telling us what he needed (approvals, checks, proofreading, etc.), and circling back to confirm events as they happened. The process went as quickly as we could possibly hope for: My mom moved out on May 15, and on May 16 workers were at the house, ready to get started. The listing posted on June 18, realtor open house that Friday, public open house events Saturday and Sunday, and we met with him at his office the next Wednesday to receive presentation of multiple offers -- ultimately selling the house just above asking price. Start to finish, just 9 weeks including pre-sale prep, sale, and escrow. We are extremely happy with the results, and would highly recommend Jeff to anyone selling in the Los Altos area.

It's hard to imagine a better real estate agent than Jeff. Jeff is thorough to the point of overkill. In addition to being a real estate agent Jeff is a lawyer. As he told us, none of his deals has ever been to court or arbitration. He covers all the bases. The best part was his recommending what work we should do on our house and what we should skip. Then he brought in all the contractors and inspectors, got bids, and managed all of the work. We literally moved out and Jeff took care of everything. When it was time to go to market Jeff spent hours going through listing and process strategies for taking bids. We ended up getting a price far higher than we expected, and way higher than price per sq foot comps in our area. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. I recommend him without any qualifications.
