I am so happy to see Dr. Audrey Chu in Eye Lite Optometry at Los Altos. She is very nice , patient and so professional. She always gives me some advice and help me a lot, but not only on vision. The other staffs are all very nice and let me feel in the home. I strongly recommend Dr. Chu as your family doctor.

Excellent service from Dr Chu and eyelite team. My wife has raved about this place for years for great service with her standard annual eye exams and glasses. I came for first time when I experienced strange vision issue and could not get appointment from ophthalmologist till weeks out and I felt worried. Team kindly found way to get me in same day and Dr Chu quickly diagnosed my issue which needed urgent treatment, helped me quickly arrange next steps, and thus may have prevented me from worse long term harm to my vision. Too rare to get good medical customer service. Thanks Dr Chu and team!
