“I think it's been around 7 years at this point to which I have used Mark for his services. Mark continues to provide great service and now has options to do the entire hand-off of your forms online, and you can also now digitally sign your forms as well online. He also will meet you online via Zoom as well, and prefers that method due to COVID restrictions.I actually got the wrong time for my yearly appointment with him yesterday (Sunday), and while leaving a message, the secretary picked up, thanked me for notifying them that I would miss the scheduled appointment, Mark was mainly booked until mid next month, and doesn't see anyone on Mondays, but was willing to make an exception for today (Monday).I really appreciate that he was willing to see me despite the missed appointment. The appointment went well as usual. I was able to tell him some things about some of the forms and he asked me some questions about my prior year, which he also told me I could do business deductions and we went through a tiny list of things that we could deduct.I generally scan all my stuff into PDF format where I don't have a digital copy and just hand him a flash drive with all the stuff for him to use (he will scan physical documents for you if it comes down to it). Given that he now has a digital portal, you can probably upload the docs there instead.“

“I'm consistently pleased with the work Peter does for me each year. My tax returns are somewhat complex, involving income from a trust (which requires its own separate tax returns) as well as reporting on an in-state and an out-of-state rental property. I strongly dislike doing the necessary prep work for my tax returns each year, but Peter makes the process of gathering the information and getting organized as straightforward and as painless as can be reasonably expected. The things that I dislike about doing this prep work are the fault of the US and CA tax codes, and definitely not the fault of Peter. To the contrary, he makes this annual obligation easier, more bearable, and more doable. Plus, Peter is a genuinely nice guy -- friendly, responsive, professional, etc. Finally, I'm skeptical of Nicole L's negative review posted here from 2019. Her experience is not my experience with Peter. Not at all in fact.“
