Jason Mapel, the field manager, is not only highly skilled, but he is also a pleasure to work with. Each time he has gone out of his way to be extra helpful to me. We had a slab leak, our laundry room, hallway, and den were extremely damaged. The wood floors were also destroyed. Chad and the team at Superior Restoration came out and we are so thankful that we chose them to work on our house. Chad worked so well with us, from day one he was always available. We never had trouble communicating with him. The team he has are all professional, and their work is top notch. If we were unhappy with something, Chad quickly got his team to come out and correct it. We will definitely be working with them again, if we decide to renovate. We highly recommend Superior Restoration.

During one of the most stressful times of my life, I am extremely thankful that I had the opportunity to have Superior Restoration on my side. My house flooded due to a plumbing issue, I had a different company start the clean up and did the job but completely dragged their feet and didn't do the work correctly. I was expecting a baby so I wasn't in the mood to accept half finished work. I can't recommend Superior Restoration enough, Chad came in for the save and seriously made the entire RECONSTRUCTION of my house so much smoother for me.
