We highly recommend Powell Energy for their quick and wonderful work! On New Year's eve, our condo lost power on the second floor. We had called a few places, but only Powell Energy had picked up our call and was upfront about costs. William kept us up to date on his arrival time and quickly found the reason for our loss of power (a broken surge protector). He helped with the wiring and replaced a few parts, so our power returned. Overall, we're very pleased with the workmanship, courtesy, and efficiency.

These guys are truly thieves. They came in to specifically replace Contactors and fix three pole lights for us. But instead they disabled three of my good lights by stealing parts from them to repair the ones they came in to fix. When we asked why we have three more lights not coming on, they said because the Ballasts are bad on them. We brought another company to take care of the lights with bad Ballasts and they said, there is nothing wrong with the Ballasts and the Contactors are missing from them. Basically, they stole the Contactors from the good lights to replace the bad ones and charged us for the new ones.

Offered a practical and less expensive way to solve the problem then some others and the price was reasonable. The guys that were sent out did a very nice job, were very polite. I would recommend this company to friends and family for sure. Very happy customer!
