I highly recommend to all 1st timers and non-believers. I had numbness in my hand limiting my grip. The area would be from the middle index knuckle, & also from my thumb past the nail to where that whole area of skin is between the fingers back to my wrist. My tendon was messed up, pinched. Between the needles and the Tens Unit, I suggest you search for a Tens Unit on your own, but don't over do it in the same spot, it will MESS YOU UP. After 3-4 sessions for that spot, the pain and numbness went away, & it has been gone since the end of Jan - 4/7. I've had no issues. Now don't get me started on my back. The pins and 10s loosen everything up. I lost the pain between my shoulders, which allowed me to reach higher, because it is hard with two torn rotator cuffs, & I already had surgery on one shoulder 12 years ago, a very painful recovery. I have had every area of my back worked on, from Nov 1 - Jan 31. It takes time. If you have many issues, start on one, so you can become a believer of how true Chinese Medicine works. This Doctor has been at the same location for over 20 years, she lives locally in our community, her kids went to Los Al High, and have moved on to prestigious Colleges. How do I know so much? Because she speaks great English, with an accent of course. (3rd generation Acupuncturist, hoping to train a 4th someday)

Dr. Li is excellent, she listens and works with you and your body to relieve pain or joint issues. I've had her work on my elbow, back and sinuses. She comes from 5 generations of acupuncturists and will help you find relief.
