My project started with discovering black mold in my bedrooms. The Katz team and I came up with a great plan to remediate and then update my hundred-year-old house, but still keep its hundred year-old charm. Remember you pay for what you get so if you want a great job done make sure you hire the right people I did just that.
Our 12 unit property needed a new fence. I contacted Katz Design from their sign that was posted on another property in the community. The work at that property looked impressive, so our board gave them a call. They came out, gave us a quote, and was patient with us, as our home owners all had to approve of the project. Katz did an excellent job on my small but tricky ADU build in Laguna Beach. Val alway had a crew in there working with very little down days. They finished on budget and largely on time.
