Jeff is excellent, responsive and worked to help my situation. Very kind and professional, after an hour my issue actually broke his tool (so it wasn't fixable) but he literally gave his best! Honest guy- which I feel is lacking in the "plumbing" industry. Would recommend and use him again. He referred me to another helpful rooter to help my issue.

As a single woman, I have had more than one dishonest plumber try to sell me expensive plumbing services. Jeff is totally honest and never overcharges. I have some weird plumbing challenges in my house and he always patiently trouble shoots them even if it means going up on my roof! He is always friendly and prompt. A GREAT PLUMBER!!
