This place is a GEM. I absolutely loved my experience and I'm am over the moon happy that I found AMBER she is PHENOMENAL and her work is high class. 6 days after my appt with her and Im still obsessed with how gorgeous my hair looks . Absolutely Amazing experience. I was looking for a new hairstylist to do a cut and color. My sister in law recommended Gloss salon & studio. They were able to get in me quickly as I had an event coming up that week. My stylist was Amber, from the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted and offered water. Amber was warm and welcoming. She listened to exactly what I wanted and went straight to work. I had about 4 inches of darker root grow out with the rest of my hair bleach blonde. I asked for low lights and highlights to make the blonde blend into my natural grow out for easy upkeep and lower maintenance. Amber was personable and made the entire experience enjoyable. The final product was incredible! It was exactly what I had asked for, looked natural and absolutely incredible. In the past 10 years I haven't found a stylist who was able to listen and give me exactly what I wanted... until now. I highly recommend Amber and the entire Salon. The owner, Emi was in the salon greeting customers and providing support to another stylist while being personable with clients. The majority of clients in the salon seemed to be long time, repeat clients who had relationship with their stylists making me feel confident in the salons ability to maintain happy clients and provide quality services. I will absolutely be returning to gloss salon and my stylist Amber for all of my future needs. I would 110% recommend Gloss salon to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much Amber!
