“Our 23-year old hardwood floor desperately needed refinishing, and we figured we'd extend it through to the family room. Wood-N-Nichols had finished our old floor for us back in the day, when the original installer bailed on us (he laid a nice floor, though), so we chose them for this new job. We agreed on a start date, and they promised to be done in 4-5 days. The workers showed up Monday morning at 8:00, as scheduled, and they worked full days until the job was complete. They were professional, courteous, clean, and respectful of us and our property. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We paid half on day 3 and the balance when the job was finished on day 5. There were no hidden or unexpected charges, and we're pleased with the results.
