UCI Health — Los Alamitos Outpatient Center

This office contains inconsistency with their policies, which patients has no access to the list of their policy details. For the past years, never heard only one person allowed in office during visits, suddenly refused to have my family, who took day off to be there for my visit. Very unreasonable behavior from a medical office.

Hand down, this location has the BEST doctors and staff!! Pros: Amazing staff and doctors. Super helpful, caring and genuinely kind people. They want to help you, which is so refreshing. Great bedside manner. They treat you like a human being. They take many different insurances. They do virtual visits. They make you feel welcomed. (Thank you!) I recommend to ALL my family and friends. Cons: You have to pay for parking after 20 minutes. It's not much ($3) it still kinda sucks that you have to pay... BUT I think it is still worth it for the care you receive.
