I had been doing physical therapy for a couple years off and on for a back injury. After a few weeks of exercises and stretches at alomitos PT , I noticed significant improvement. With the routine they taught me I improved this year to the point I can do my necessities and hobbies without pain. With a full range of motion to the point I can now run without pain, which is something I haven’t been able to do for years. My strength and mobility are thanks to Alomitos Physical Therapy and JC.
I’m love this office and staff! Very friendly and accommodating due to my busy work schedule. I have been coming here for few months now , I had surgery on my shoulder, labrum & bursa tear .
I was very limited on the type of exercises I could do but George & staff recommended several low intensity exercises for me until I was able to increase what I could do . They are always here to listen and provide positive feedback. I am very thankful I chose to come her for my rehabilitation and pt .
Alamitos Physical Therapy has helped me recover from an injury to my arm. They are friendly and very helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and helps guide me through each step of the way. The facility is very comfortable and well located for easy access. I highly recommend this facility and team.
