Would give more stars if I could. Really can't say enought about how well Affordable Caregivers cared for our 94 year old father in the sunset of his life. It was a very difficult situation that they helped with complete professionalism and compassion. He had 24 hour care while at home. Every care giver did everything they could to make his end of life journey as peaceful as possible.Thank you all! The Lascola family.
This place has literally been a lifesaver. You know being a caregiver of a family member is so hard. It is also very expensive to hire help. I feel blessed to be in a position to be able to care for dad at home. I want to do whatever I can to keep him here and Affordable Care makes this possible. At the same time they have the absolute best customer service who are super friendly professionals. You get a case manager to build a relationship which helps to guide and support you. I work nights shift and sleep during the day and can always reach them at odd hours. I prefer text and get quick replies. They have sent a few men CGs for different shifts who all had background checks that were sent to me via email prior to starting service. They also send you their picture, work history, education, etc and then interview them by phone if you choose. I don't because every one of them have been excellent, professional and mature. I can recommend Francisco, Angel and Matthew. So friendly, have big hearts and always going above and beyond. There was one or two others but can't remember their names, but they were great too. I honestly cannot say anything poorly towards Affordable. Again, when it is so hard to be a care giver for my father and work full-time I need to lean on anyone that will help. I feel supported and everything has been seamless. Dad's bed bound now and has dementia but here's a pic of him about a year or two ago
Good people to work with. Very affordable and caring. They go above and beyond to care for their clients. Highly recommend if you're looking for trustworthy caregivers for your loved ones!
