Jones family came out quickly and provided an extremely competitive quote. It wasn't the lowest quote we received, but the 2017 interaction had scored Jones Roofing MAJOR brownie points with me (and my brothers) so we decided to award them the job.Jean in the office was so sweet and helpful/kind with any and all questions that we had. Our job took place on time and remained on schedule. I went over to check on the crew and spoke with Jean's grandson/Richard's nephew who was on the job (can't remember his name, darn it) and he was super kind and genuine as well. I didn't meet the tear-off crew but it was all Jones boys putting the roof on the house.
