“I highly recommend working with Cindy for Bowens Therapy. I came to her with a bulging L-5 disc and severe sciatic pain that ran from my lower back through my glute, down the left side of my leg all the way through to my toes. The pain was excruciating and I wasn’t able to sleep or lessen the discomfort no matter what I did (including taking pain management meds- I usually try to avoid medications if I can, but the pain was so unbearable I was willing to try anything to get it to subside)… nothing worked or even touched the pain, until I saw Cindy. After my first Bowens therapy treatment with her my pain subsided by at least 70%! It’s not hyperbole to say that it was a night and day difference in my pain from before working with Cindy to after my first appt. I did not need pain management meds after my first treatment with her, and I finally got to sleep for the first night after 4 days of no sleep/nonstop pain. By my second and third appt I was walking normally again, and the pain was for the most part completely gone. I’m still dealing with some nerve tingling and flare ups in my foot, but I’ve found so much relief through working with Cindy for Bowens Therapy.

If you have herniated/bulging discs, sciatica or chronic pain, I can’t recommend Cindy enough for Bowens Therapy!“
