We had the worst experience with Josh Hinkey. We hired him to inspect the property that we were in purchase agreement. The property is short sale, Josh didn't find any major issue on his report. After we moved in, lots of things he missed out. The leaks! The repairs cost is more than $125K in total.I suspected that Josh may have worked out a deal with seller to hide the leaks in his reports...I DO NOT recommand Josh Hinkey for home inspection. We regreted to have him perform the home inspection, totally ruined our trust and put us in disaster situation!!!

The best part about my experience was how easy they were to work with, and how accomidating they are. Scheduling was easy, price was very fair, and quality of service and detail in the report were all very professional. Jim has been doing this for a while and knows what he is doing. I was lucky, the house was in good shape, so I can now move in assured I'm moving to the right house.

Incredible service. Jim came out to inspect 2 homes for me on my house hunting journey and was able to make an appointment within a day or two of going into contract. He is incredibly thorough and diligent and is able to inform you in easy to understand terms. Everything is documented with impeccable notes and photographs so it's very easy to follow along. Cannot recommend this company enough!
