Can I give 6 stars?.Customer Service - A+Knowledge & Information - A+Food - A+Presentation/Teacher - A++.Our instructor Stacy was phenomenal..My wife and I went as a Valentines Day date. We had an excellent time and really learned a lot. The class had a cool tempo and felt more like a party amongst friends. I am a cereal and hot dogs dude, not a cook or a cheif. I had fun. Thank you for the experience. I recommend it for everyone.

Attended a leaky gut class. It was wonderful! What a wealth of knowledge Stacy is. And she managed to make the class entertaining. Will be going back soon for other classes and events!

Stacy is a wealth of knowledge and a nutritional guru!! I absolutely loved all of the cooking classes I've done with her. While she's instructing you can ask her questions about all manner of nutrition topics; that is priceless! The mass meal prep and Instant Pot classes are so informative and confidence building for your cooking skills! Not to mention you get to eat all of the delicious food she's showing you how to make while sipping a glass of wine! She doesn't even make you help clean up! What could be better?! I highly recommend her personal consultations and classes of all kinds! She'll even book private cooking class nights for you and all of your friends.
