My A/C went out on a 109 degree day and Rusty (the owner) was able to get me back chillin' asap with outstanding response time and professional competence and clearly without ANY inappropriate upsell. He let me know that my 17 year old system is not as good as what he would install, but then again, it could limp along for quite a while yet. That is the kind of honesty I expect from a professional and that is exactly what you get with Rusty. When I finally decide to replace, I know I will call Gold River Mechanical, Inc. BTW, he also is quick to refer you to other pro's in areas outside of his expertise and you can be confident that they come with the same level of service. He referred me to a great roofer for a small upgrade and I was sooooo grateful. This company is all aces!
