So impressed with the service I received from the technician Cody Simpson. Not only was he on time or early to all appointments, the communication advising when he was going to be there was very helpful. He came out Tuesday and I already have my new water heater 2 days later. he was very personable and took the time to explain all of my options. Left no mess behind (very much appreciated), did I mention they provide a 2 year warranty AMAZING! Happy customer for sure.
