DO NOT GO HERE. No stars if possible. Some of the worst people that work here. Called multiple times to make an appointment left voicemail and never received a call back. Went to the clinic to make an appointment and was told to make an appointment. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!

Please don’t EVER go to this facility I scheduled endoscopy at LA office but the doctor insisted that I go to Long Beach office because it was closer to my house and when I got there the morning for my appointment scheduled supposedly at 7am only to find out that I was never scheduled. The manager was rude and said well your going to have to wait so I waited 2hours in waiting room another 2 hours in the back then another 2 hours to be wheeled back to get test. Before I left the RN said she scheduled my follow up appointment only to get a call one week later saying that the doctors don’t come on Friday by some person name Jennifer and she told me I had H- pylori and...read full review

****BEWARE**** If they ask you to pay your full deductible, DO NOT DO IT. Might as well call this office a scam. It's not normal to pay your entire deductible for any procedure. If you call your insurance and do a three way call, they call you a liar, that they never asked for the deductible. Stay away. Brooke, the insurance witch, is a liar and a thief.
