First time for me and my 1@half yr old pipe got his shots updated and vet who seen us was very informative I had some questions regarding heartworms and she was very helpful and not pushy about treating it asap like most vets I've dealt with in my past who have made me feel bad about making my decisions that n the spot. Overall all staff at vip petcare made me and boji feel at ease and happy we chose them for his health updates!

I love this place! Highly recommend , the staff is fantastic. They always are kind, informative & wonderful while handling our pet.The prices are very affordable & there’s never a very long wait. Very happy with the services we have received from them.

What I like the most is that the staff is always friendly & kind. Being nice will always stand out and take your business a long way. The staff always remembers Cinnamon & I, no matter how long it's been since they've seen us. They provide excellent care, and make sure you fully understand what your dog will receive, and when any additional appointments are needed. I love the Long Beach location.
