Brought my carpet & rugs back to life!! Vince is the guy you call to take care of your carpet cleaning. He has been doing this for over 10 years!! We have kids + pets so our rugs and carpet take a beating but Vince keeps them sanitized and looking their best. I really thought our rugs could not be saved but he took out the deep stains and even took them out to dry. Best thing he was able to work around us being home with as little disruption to our daily work routine. He placed covers in the high traffic areas so we were able to walk on our carpet as they dried. DO NOT USE VINCE'S CARPET CLEANINGHe was a referral from a friend of mine. He came and cleaned the cushions outside on my deck they were left with black all over them and big stains Looks like he didn't even clean themDirty dirty ugly I tried to call him right after he left to discuss the dirty cushionsMultiple phone calls Text pictures multiple times showing the dirty cushionsNO RESPONSE !!!!!!This guy charged me a lot for the cushionsI would not use himFind cleaning someplace else STAY AWAY
