Total Vision - Goldstone Vision Center Long Beach

Got a text that my contacts were ready for pick up at 3p.m. yesterday. Checked online for their store business hours and says they close at 5:30 p.m. I work in Torrance, CA and driving from Torrance to Long Beach can be a bit challenging. I leave work at 4:30p.m. to give me sufficient time to get there. I arrive at 5:08 pm. And a sign that reads - close at 5p.m. was posted on the door. I see people in there and I tell them I am here to pick up my contacts. I begged them and told theme they're paid for and they would just need to hand them to me. My daughter enrolled Myopia Program , She has an appointment with Dr. Treiu , I called a few days before appointment to double check her schedule then I was informed that Dr. will be on vacation leave on the day of my appointment and needs to move our schedule. The Dr , didn’t do refill her drops, NOBODY from the CLINIC can forward the prescription to pharmacy. Before I enroll the program it was clearly stated to me that the drops can’t be stopped , I worked hard to follow the program and pay out of pocket for the fees and medication( drop) , Now, it has to stopped because the doctor is on VL and its ok to stop according to the receptionist. The worst. Purchase glasses with extended protection and now on hold for 15 min just to make an appointment to fix it. The doctors are rude and the front desk is not very helpful. They are so quick to take your money but zero support once you pay. Stay away.
