The ladies at the reception desk are so lovely, professional yet approachable. The massage therapists are incredible, extremely professional, and the massages are exceptional. They are great communicators, very attentive, and help tremendously with tight and sore muscles. Many guests love it so much that they purchase a membership. The business is super friendly and guests look forward to going back.

After a brief hiatus with the Now Long Beach due to some staffing issues, I started my membership up again and returned today. Louis the Massage Therapist was incredible. He was kind, extremely professional and the massage was exceptional. I look forward to going back.

I have suffered from frozen shoulder for 20+ years and had resigned myself to living with severely restricted range of motion in my right arm. I went to The NOW with no expectation other than a relaxing massage but…WOW! My massage therapist Jun definitely pushed my range of motion to the limit but without the pain/discomfort I have experienced with other therapists. After a 50 minute session I felt relaxed, rejuvenated and could raise my arm several inches higher than when I came in! The boutique itself has a great vibe and everything about it feels very luxurious. I will definitely be coming back!
