I visited this shop on June 30th for initial drop off & returned on July 3rd for estimated pick up. Nancy was very patient, communicative, thorough and kind during all interactions. Although she was not able to fix my Android phone screen, she kindly & professionally credited my Amex in full. For anyone whom write negative, undeserving reviews about her person/place of business, perhaps consider taking a look in the mirror and ask yourself if you've truly conducted yourself honestly and with ntegrity. She is amazing, I took my phone because it had frozen, I didn't know what to do, my phone didn't work and she fixed it, she only managed to turn it off and when she turned it on it was normal. and she did not charge me anything, she was very kind and attentive. thank you very much ☺️

I took my phone here today and the lady fixed it really quick (within 20 mins) for a reasonable price, but I feel like the LCD could be a little better in quality, the colors are not so vivid as they were before I got it fixed here. Either way, I got my phone fixed fast for a good price, I'd probably come back.
