please be aware of this company we've been with them for several months we were thinking they were helping us and yes they did till a point. BUT we found out some things that were done that weren't supposed to be done within our account . So we told them we were going to move our account because we are not satisfied, we decided to find someone else and When calling them to say thank you for their service and the work they did they hung up then a man that works for the company that I won't say his name called us back and offended my husband Telling my husband that he was stupid and he was smart, saying that he was firing him when in reality we were firing... read full review

Omar is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Any question I had, I was treated like I was an idiot. He has no problem charging my account every month but once I ask for some sort of invoice or receipt for the payments, he “fired me” as a client. Suspicious to say the least. Stay far away from this place.

I give them a negative 300 or more. PLEASE DO NOT USE TAXCO. This company will feed you a bunch of BS and then fire you as a client. This is unheard of. It does not matter if it is Trai or Omar or anyone that is associated with this company. It seems that Trai has a huge influence what is said or done. Hopefully if you are reading their reviews ... Stay clear of this company. Hey Tony C you are full of sh...Have you not read the other reviews.? You must be related and do not want to upset the apple cart.I do have to say if you are simply doing a 1040 easy form they might be able to get it right because Turbo Tax is good. Do Not use this company.
