Happy holidays everyone and may the presents adorn you completely. Let's begin with the Superior Foot and Ankle Ctr. as they have the best presents to give on every visit that you make and keep for "goodness sake." Both of Santa's doctors are ready and able to be of service with a smile and revealing good tides of happiness and warmth. I have been going to them for my Christmas getaway and it sure does make my feet walk with pride and privilege to have been inspected and made whole again to walk all the way to Grandmother's house and back for Santa's on his way. I have had an excellent experience with, Dr. Constance Ornelas at Superior Foot and Ankle Care Center. The reasons for the excellent rating are:
1. I was able to get a timely appointment
2. The office staff is efficient and friendly (I receive reminder calls for Monday appointments on the weekends from a person)
3. During my first appointment I received the most thorough exam I have received from this the fourth DPM have seen in 20+ years.
4. Clear explanations, answered questions and excellent bedside manner

First impression, last impression still applies. I came to this office for a second opinion. Surprisingly, I was able to get an appointment within a week. The office is clean, cozy and lively. The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I didn't have a long wait which I greatly appreciate. My appointment was with Dr. Ornelas and my exam was very thorough. I appreciated her honesty about my issue and she explained my options while leaving the decision making to me. Her assistant is extremely professional, personable, and empathetic. Coming to this office was a good decision for me.
