I gave them a white suit to wash the other day, paid $25.00 (plus a tip on top).
Went to get it yesterday, but the jacket had a small but visible black stain on one side. Gave it back to them and said I needed the suit for today. I went to get the jacket today: the stain was gone, but there’s now two marks by the jacket’s collar (as per picture).

I hate being that guy, but the jacket looked better before being washed at all. For that price, I really expected more. I also wish I read the reviews before, guess it’s a lesson learned on my end.

I always use this cleaner but the last time I brought two blazers and they lost them. When I went to pick them up the lady was about to give me someone else clothes because it had my name. She then started looking for my clothes and after looking around she said that I had pick them up already, I told her no then she asked me to come back another day so she can look for them. I returned a week later and still no clothes. Honestly I never save my receipts because I trusted her so I ask to talk to the owner and he was a bit aggressive, all I want is someone to replace my clothes. I told him about the mix up and he was surprise and said he didn't know but yet he won't help me.

Sent a tapestry to be steamed to get wrinkles out. They were not removed and even though i was charged, i was told that it was my fault because I didn't wash it first. Wtf. I specifically said that i wanted the wrinkles out and was told also that i should have asked to have it dry cleaned. They didn't do their job and the cashier, rafiella, was unapologetic and crass!
