I was able to easily reach Carlos at the end of the business day and schedule the service call for the next evening, working around the tenant's schedule. Juan was the technician and he was efficient and professional. Invoicing and payment went smoothly which is important to me when I'm not on site for the repair. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with and went out of their way to communicate with me every step of the way. I will definitely call them again for plumbing needs in Long Beach.
