I loved working with my therapist at Sano. The whole team there made me feel supported and I was able to gain so much insight and empowerment with my therapist's help! PS the views are amazing of the marina :)
I love Sano Counseling Center. I started out going to an individual therapist, Christy Cosper. She literally changed my life I went from being depressed with a host of issues to achieving all my life long goals. I can't tell you how dramatically my life changed since I started seeing her. I still have some issues here and there since thats how life works but I feel so so much better in my day to day life.Now that I'm with my partner, we are going to see Ross Crothers for couples therapy. Christy Cosper is a wonderful clinician with a strong clinical team that can treat special issues that many other therapists aren’t trained to work with. Would highly recommend Sano!
