We drop off a dress to get an estimate on an alteration and they say leave it and we’ll call you tomorrow to give you a quote. Never received a call back and when I call they said the “seamstress” isn’t here, wait another day. If that was the case I would have not left it the day I brought it. Very unprofessional.Updating my review due to them calling to apologize for the way this was handled. In the future I’ll give them a try again.
I have been a customer for almost two years. Great service, great value. I've had my suits and professional attire taken care of and always receive service with a smile. Highly recommend! I'm very particular about my dry cleaning because I've had garments damaged before at other places, so I was very happy I found Sang Q.
Found this dry cleaners after asking for recommendations on NextDoor. I have been coming here for about 6 months and am very pleased. I bring a large amount of clothes at a time to be cleaned and am pleased with their work. They are also very friendly and accommodating to special requests. I would definately recommend them!
