Came in feeling like my lower back was wearing a fanny pack full of sand!!! Dr.Sanchez not only adjusted and worked out my muscle tension, he showed me thru a skeletal model plus he explained why I was experiencing the discomfort and gave tips and exercises to keep my muscles from returning to that state.
And he's an awesome guy, I am grateful i found him right in my neighborhood!! I highly recommend his practice!!!!
This was my first time to a chiropractor, and it was awesome. Chiropractor Chris was attentive, informative and took his time explaining things to me in detail. I recommend him to anyone who needs a chiropractor.
