It’s rare to find a company this dedicated to customer service and who stands as fully behind their work. The sense of ownership and pride in their work was evident throughout. This is a small business with a dedicated team working very hard to do good work and support their customers during a challenging time. As renters, mold remediation was very scary with a steep learning curve. What made the biggest difference was that Richard went to great lengths to answer all questions, explain the process, set expectations, and provide timely and detailed updates throughout. Juan and his team Rich, Robert and Sam were very professional and thorough with their work. From the initial point of contact to inspection to the service performed, everything went smoothly and as expected. I would highly recommend PuroClean of Long Beach to anyone looking for water damage related restoration services.

Robert was absolutely fantastic! Super quick response to my request and went out of his way to help my husband and I out when we were concerned about a job completed by someone. WOW the customer service is outstanding!! Will be the first we contacted for any work that needs done in the scope of work!
