Front desk lady that answered the phone had an attitude. Gives off bitchy vibes. Changing my doctor immediately. I asked simple questions and she answered so sarcastically and irritably.

I've never even seen Dr. De La Rosa even though he was assigned to me by my insurance company. Instead, my husband and I were scheduled with Carol Jung. We went in for our routine annual check up and had annual blood work done. We were assured that as it's preventive blood work, it would be fully covered and we would not have to pay for it. However, the doctor's office sent the blood to Quest and now we're receiving bills from Quest. I'm also being told by my insurance company that Carol Jung coded the labs wrong and did not mark them as preventive. I respect and am absolutely so very grateful to Dr Elaine Smith. She has kept all promises made, Found the best Cardiologist close to my home. ( For some reason it was difficult for my insurance to do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ). I adore you, Dr Smith but you know that!!! And your nurse is as wonderful as can be! As far as the phone complaints go, sometimes you'll need to call back as they may get extremely busy during certain times and days of the week; i.e. Dr. Smith only works at that location twice a month. I never have problems reaching a live person. Patience helps.
