I have been going to Polished RX for many years. I cannot say enough amazing things about Michelle Kauffman and her staff! going to the spa and experience in every way the staff takes great care of. You makes you feel very comfortable and put your ease when it concerns and everything and anything has been done to you. My skin and faces never look better and I’m an old man. Thank you Michele for taking great care of me.

I cannot say enough great things about Polished RX and Michelle Kauffman and her staff. I've had facials done here. I've had all sorts a great wonderful things done here and everyone here works with the upmost, professionalism, kindness and consideration as far as doing what's best for the client! I highly highly highly highly recommend Polish RX for EVERYTHING whether it be facials or Botox or filler's or skin products. Their skin products are bar none, the best you won't be sorry if you go there these people are wonderful!

I have been going here since it opened. The owner has been my esthetician for about 17 years. Everyone is shocked when i tell them I am over 40. Michelle provides professional and personal service, unique to whatever your dermatological and cosmetic needs may be. I have a severe problem with hyper-pigmentation and the different products and services support my beauty needs, perfectly!! The staff is so kind and genuine. I love that it is the perfect blend of professionalism and the coziness of home. Since I generally only see Michelle Kaufman, I can say that my experiences over the years have been nothing short of perfection. Anytime I need help or have a question, she is quick to respond with full explanation and benefits of any and all current and future treatments.
