The Doggy Day Camp and Pet Hotel staff are the best, Pat Wilson the trainer is knowledgeable and great to work with. My dogs love them. I had a negative experience with Patty in grooming and ever since, I have taken my dogs elsewhere for their grooming needs. It's too bad because Milo is great with big dogs and Lucy is great with small dogs.
Opps! Walked in a about 15 mins before they were open, not realizing it at the time. Jonathan greeted me as I passed him. Grabbed what I needed and headed to the register. That's when I thought "Umm, did I dip in too early?" The answer was "Yes!" But Jonathan met me at the register. I apologized and he said "No problem!" and proceeded to help me out! Thanks!
I have been boarding my dogs with petsmart for over a year. Although most experiences have been positive this last one my dog contracted kennel cough. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone, who did not ask my name, or offer to grab a supervisor. I now have two sick dogs two large vet bills and I just felt like no one cared to much about the experience when I had called. It is just unfortunate since we do use petsmart for our boarding needs. One dog does the group play and the other does not, I hope they told all the other pawrents about the outbreak from last week.
