Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience at a Beauty Supply Store I recently visited this beauty supply store near my house, hoping to find quality products and receive excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, primarily due to the poor service provided by one particular clerk, who happened to be of Hispanic descent. When I walked into the store, I was greeted with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist. The Hispanic clerk I interacted with appeared aloof and uninterested in providing excellent customer service. When I approached her with a question about a specific product, she responded dismissively and lacked the enthusiasm one would expect in a retail environment. Not only did the clerk fail to provide any guidance or recommendations, but she also made it abundantly clear that she was not interested in engaging with me. Her behavior was unprofessional and discourteous, directly impacting my overall shopping experience. Quality customer service should be a priority for any business, regardless of cultural background or ethnicity. After reading the previous comments, I m feeling that the Asian owner encourages poor customer service towards black customers. From now on, I will research and find a black-owned beauty supply store or buy online.

Got a 6x pack hair for $13.99 for braiding purpose and $5.99 earrings for $22! Everything went smooth! Great customer service, parking, I remembered this beauty supply was always open! Very much long term vibes, so I went in! I'll come back here if needed! They have everything I needed! Can't wait to get my hair braided with this hair today! Let's see how it comes out! Xoxo

This is a good neighborhood beauty supply in Long Beach on the corner of Atlantic and Artesia it has a multitude of things a variety of weeks variety of wigs product the staff is super nice and they go out of their way to make you feel at home
